To remove the front seat on a Ford Fiesta, you need to push the seat all the way back so you can loosen the screws at the front of the rails; once these are loosened, you can push the seat forward and loosen the screws at the back of the sliding rails.

Then you can disconnect the connector at the bottom of the seat so that it can be removed from its housing: the new seat can then be inserted and secured with screws and connected to the corresponding connector.
