How to replace the side indicator located in the external mirror of a Ford Focus? Proceed as follows: using a lever with a plastic or rubber coating, pry between the perimeter of the mirror frame and the mirror glass. Pry until the glass comes away from the mirror; this operation is very delicate as the glass or the mirror itself may break. Once the mirror is removed, disconnect the connector for the bulb (indicator) to be replaced. Replace the damaged bulb with a new one (same voltage and size) inside the mirror indicator.
