The procedure for restoring the car radio of a Ford Focus varies depending on the specific model. If you have a Ford with SYNC 1 system, you simply need to turn on the instrument panel and press and hold the on/off and seek (forward arrow) buttons together for 5-10 seconds; you will see the screen turn off and restart. If you have a Ford Focus with SYNC 2, which has a touchscreen, you will need to turn on the instrument panel and simultaneously press the audio power button and the "forward" button for about ten seconds; in this case as well, you will see the screen turn off and the Ford logo will appear, indicating that the system is restarting.
