Programming sequence for the remote control of the 2010 Ford Fiesta

The programming sequence illustrated in the video refers to keyless models (therefore with standard button remote). We need to have a pre-programmed and functioning remote to add others. If we have lost all remotes, then a Ford diagnostic tool is required at the workshop. A maximum of 4 remotes can be paired. To enter "programming mode," we sit in the car with all the remotes we intend to program, insert the key into the ignition switch, and quickly turn the key from the "off" position to the "on" (II) position and back 4 times within 6 seconds, ending in "on." After 3 seconds, we will hear a "beep." We immediately remove the key from the ignition. The car is now in programming mode (which lasts 20 seconds). We program the remote by holding down any button for 1 second. The car lights should flash once (or we will hear a beep). To exit programming mode, simply start the car or open and close the door.
