How to Replace the Clutch on a 2019 Ford Transit

Today, you will learn how to replace the clutch on a 2019 Ford Transit Custom. To carry out the clutch replacement, lift the vehicle on a ramp or jack with axle stands to access the lower components of the vehicle. Remove the bolts securing the front wheels and wheel covers. Remove the undertray to access the gearbox. Unscrew the fixing screws and disconnect the connectors from the gearbox to remove it from its position and work on the clutch shaft. Remove the clutch by disconnecting the connector and unscrewing the sensors. Once the part is extracted, clean the connector of any rust and the screws, then insert the replacement part.
