Today's instructions will illustrate the procedure for removing and replacing the diesel filter on the Ford Galaxy 1.6 TDCi. First, open the vehicle's bonnet and begin unscrewing the securing screws of the diesel filter protection bracket, located above the filter; then disconnect the fuel lines from the filter, also disconnecting the electrical connector as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the diesel filter screws with a Torx screwdriver; then replace the diesel filter cartridge with a new one, reassembling everything.
