Today we will discover the process of how to disassemble and replace the diesel pump of the Ford Galaxy 2.0 TDCI. First of all, we open the rear doors and start disassembling and removing the small sofa, pulling it upwards; then we remove the plastic cover to access the diesel pump, as shown in the video. At this point, we disconnect the fuel lines and the electrical connector of the fuel level sensor; we unscrew the pump ring to remove it from the tank, replacing it with the new original one. We reassemble and make the various pump connections.
