Let's see how to reset the service light on a Ford Transit Connect: turn on the ignition and use the buttons on the right side of the steering wheel to navigate the dashboard display until you find the settings menu; scroll to 'time and date' and ensure the option is selected. Return to the settings menu and scroll down to find 'time and distance'. Once in this menu, press and hold the 'ok' button for about 10 seconds, continuing to hold until a new screen appears. At this point, the option for 'oil reset' should appear; select and confirm, and the light will be reset.
