Replacing the Intercooler on a Ford Focus

This video illustrates the removal of the cooling intercooler on a Ford Focus. Open the bonnet, and using a suitable socket wrench, unscrew the screws that secure the bumper at the top, then lift the car on a column lift and unscrew the screws underneath. Disconnect the various hoses of the intercooler's cooling system. Once free from screws and pipes, you can extract the intercooler. Prepare to install the new part in the engine bay: fit the clamps, pins, and various pipes. Tighten the plastics and the front grille securely with a socket wrench.
