Disassembling the remote control of the Ford Fiesta to change the battery? Let's see how to disassemble the key. Take your key and use a screwdriver to pry between the two parts of the plastic key cover (at the key's corner). Remove the cover and then the rubber protection: you will find the battery. Extract the worn battery and replace it with a new one of the same size and voltage. Refit the rubber protection and the cover on your remote control, pressing until you hear the locking click. Check the operation of the remote key with the appropriate buttons.
