How to Change the Key Battery of the Ford Fiesta

Changing the battery of the Ford Fiesta key/remote is a fairly simple task. First, rotate the actual metal key around its pivot. Next, insert a small screwdriver into the opening located at the key's metal seat. This will release the small locking mechanism, allowing you to remove the part of the casing attached to the metal key. Take the other part of the casing (the one with the buttons), open it in its two halves (levering at the joint with a small screwdriver), and you will have access to the battery, which you can simply replace. Reassemble everything, and you're done!
