To remove the third brake light on a Ford Focus, start by securing the vehicle on a ramp or a stable surface to work safely. Once done, open the rear hatch of the boot to access the third brake light unit. Now, use a screwdriver to remove the two clips located on either side of the light unit. This way, you can disengage the third brake light from its position and, after disconnecting its electrical supply, you can finally remove it.
