On the Ford Transit, the cabin air filter, or pollen filter, is located behind the glove compartment. To move the glove compartment, first open it, then press on the side latch as shown in the video, while pulling the drawer downwards.

This will lower it enough to access the filter. Remove the filter cover by unfastening it on one side, then take out the filter and clean the inside of the housing.

Insert the new pollen filter equivalent to the one removed and reassemble everything in reverse order.
