How to Replace the Electric Fan Resistor in a Ford C-Max

Model: Ford C Max MK 1 - Years 2003-2010
Part: Heater control valve

Before you can begin, sit in the front passenger seat of your Ford C-Max. Start by unclipping and removing the lower cover of the fuse box. Then, unscrew and remove the screws that secure the fuse box, and move the fuse box itself. By doing this, you will reach the electric fan resistor. Proceed by disconnecting the corresponding electrical connector, then extract the resistor from its location, and you will have completed the dismantling. To install the new resistor, follow these steps in reverse, and the replacement will be complete.
