How to remove the front seat of a Ford C-Max?

To remove the front seat of a Ford C-Max, start by moving the seat all the way back. Then, locate the fixing bolts on the seat track near the car floor. Using an appropriate wrench, unscrew the bolts to remove the seat from the track. Make sure to keep track of all the bolts and any covers that may hide the fixing points. Once the bolts are removed, tilt the seat backwards or forwards to access the electrical connectors or wiring under the seat. Carefully disconnect all the electrical connectors, making sure not to damage the cables during the process. Once the connectors are disconnected, you can lift the seat off the track and remove it from the car.
