Today, we will go through the main steps to remove and replace the rear brake shoes on the sixth-generation Ford Fiesta. First, lift the vehicle at the rear and start by removing the wheel; then, remove the rear drum by unscrewing the rear mounting screws with a 17 mm and 8 mm spanner, as shown in the video. Next, remove the retainers and springs from the shoes; then clean away any residual dirt and fit the new shoes of the correct type. Apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!
