How to change the mirror on a Ford Kuga? Remove the external wing mirror if damaged and replace it with a new one of the same size. Pry between the edge of the mirror frame and the mirror glass itself. Pry until the plastic parts of the base support detach from the mirror (disconnect the power cable); this is a very delicate operation as the glass or the mirror itself could break. Replace the damaged part with a new one of the same size and model. Ensure that the plastic clips snap into the supports of the mirror. Finally, adjust the mirror.
