Operation: How to remove the glass of the external rearview mirror of the Ford Kuga

In case of breaking only the mirror of the external mirror of the Ford Kuga, you can replace only the mirror itself instead of the entire piece. To remove the mirror, simply push it sideways and then remove it by pulling it outwards, being careful not to damage the internal connector, disconnect the connector and remove the mirror completely. To introduce a new one, you will need to connect the small connector and then insert it by pushing it inwards, paying attention to the clips. Once the replacement is complete, clean the mirror with water or using a glass cleaner spray for cars.

First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
