The diesel filter on the Ford Fiesta is located at the bottom of the engine bay, so to access it, you will need to lift the car using a jack or ramp. To remove the old diesel filter, disconnect the fuel hoses attached to the front and rear of the filter itself.

The filter will now be free, and you can extract it from its housing: once the old filter has been removed and any excess fuel has drained out, you can connect the new replacement part and secure it in its housing.
