To replace the seat lever on a Ford Ka, first detach the plastic cover that surrounds the lever, then disconnect the cables from the corresponding mechanism. Once this is freed, you can pull off the entire plastic cover to insert a new one. When the plastic cover is in place, connect the lever to the corresponding cable of the mechanism. Once all parts are inserted, lower the lever to check that the seat can recline without issues.
