To remove the external handle on a Ford Fiesta, first loosen the screws securing the inner door panel and completely remove it. The panel is secured by screws located at the handle's housing and under the armrest. Once the panel is removed, you can unscrew the screws securing the handle from the inside, disconnecting the connector as well.

At this point, remove the lock first, followed by the handle itself, replacing it with a new one. Finally, reassemble all previously removed parts.
