How to replace the fuel pump on a Ford Focus?

To replace the fuel pump, first detach the rear seat cushions by loosening the respective fixing screws. Once the cushions are removed, you will have access to the components underneath. Here, within the circular opening, you will find the fuel pump: it can be removed by disconnecting all the pipes and connectors attached to it. Additionally, by unscrewing the fixing bolts, the old pump can be taken out of its housing and replaced with a new spare part, covering it with the seat cushions.
