Ford Kuga - Video tutorial
Model: Ford Kuga
MK 2, C520
- Years 2012-2019 If we want to proceed with replacing the timing belt on this car, we must know that it is a rather complex operation that must be carried out by expert personnel. After having disassembled the right front wheel, let's remove the internal mudguard and then loosen the service belt tensioner and remove it. Then remove the upper belt cover from above the engine compartment and undo the fixing bolts of the RH engine support. Then unscrew the crankshaft pulley fixing pin and position the pins to fix the relative position of the crankshaft and camshaft to maintain timing. Finally, loosen the belt tensioner and remove the timing belt.
