Before starting, gather the tools specified at the beginning of the video and then get to work replacing the rear shock absorbers on the Ford Focus Mk1. Remove the side panels, the boot floor, and the rear wheel. Next, take out the shock absorber mounting elements and clean them with a wire brush and an appropriate product, then proceed to remove the shock absorber. This needs to be disconnected from the various components attached to it, as these will be installed on the new shock absorber. Then, reassemble the new shock absorber and the various parts in their places.
