If you are experiencing malfunctions with the radio and the Sync 3 system in your vehicle, follow the instructions provided in this description and refer to the tutorial video. First, access the cabin and sit in the driver's seat.

Turn on the radio display, then press and hold the power button and the fast forward button on the right simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. The system will then turn off and restart, performing a reset.

At the end of the reset procedure, the radio will start again, and your issues should be resolved.
