In today's video, you will see how to reset the Sync system in the Ford Ecosport. As there is no proper restart command (especially if the system is completely frozen), following this guide will help you achieve your goal. Among the recommended methods, you can either disconnect the service battery or, as shown in the video, disconnect the fuse corresponding to the radio. To access the unit, open the glove compartment and check the internal drawer, which needs to be unlatched to enter the unit. Once done, you can proceed according to the diagram in the manual.
