How to Replace the Battery in a Ford Fusion North America

If you need to replace the battery in this vehicle model, you can find instructions and guidance in the description below, and you can also refer to the video. First, lift the hood, locate the battery on the left side just under the windshield. Disconnect the negative terminal first, then the positive terminal. Using a socket wrench, remove the mounting bolt for the plate at the base of the battery. Then, pull the battery out of its housing, position the new battery, and reconnect the positive terminal first, then the negative terminal. Finally, reattach the mounting bolts for the plate.
