In this video, you can see where the radio fuse is located in the Ford Fiesta, which is the first element to check if it suddenly stops working. As shown, the fuse in question is located in the box inside the cabin, specifically behind the glove compartment on the passenger side.

It is labelled F10 and is 15A. If faulty, ensure you use a spare of the same specifications and always work with the vehicle switched off, otherwise, you may cause damage to the stereo or connected devices.
