Window Regulator Mechanism Replacement

Model: Ford Mondeo / Fusion MK 1 - Years 1993-2000
Part: Power window motor

To replace the window regulator mechanism, first remove the door panel: take off the cap at the centre of the trim around the internal opening lever, unscrew the screw underneath, and remove the trim itself; move on to the screws along the outer edge of the panel and the bottom one, then remove the handle cover at the centre of the panel and take it off; once the panel is removed, detach the external rear-view mirror; at this point, lower the window until you reach the clips securing the glass to loosen and remove the glass itself; now you can remove the complete window regulator mechanism with the motor and proceed in reverse for the installation of the new one, replacing the motor's power connector.

To remove the engine air filter on a Fiat 500X: open the car door, pull up the lever to open the engine bay located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the front bonnet, securing it with the prop rod. Unscrew the retaining bolts of the air intake kit (located above the engine head), remove the cover of the filter box and extract the worn air filter. Insert a new filter into the designated housing (ensuring it fits snugly against the walls). Finally, reassemble the air box cover and tighten everything with the bolts.
