Where is the wiper relay located in the Ford Explorer?

Model: Ford Explorer U251, MK 4 - Years 2006-2010

If the wipers on your Ford Explorer have suddenly stopped working, check the status of the respective relay, the location of which is indicated in this video. As shown, the relay is located in the box inside the cabin, beneath the black plastic cover behind the left headlamp. It is labelled R47 and is the last one in the right column when viewing the box from the front. If faulty, ensure you replace it with a spare of the same specifications and always work with the vehicle switched off to avoid any damage.
