How to Open the Rear Door of a Ford Ecosport

Model: Ford Ecosport BK, MK 1 - Years 2012-2023

The rear door of the Ford Ecosport opens sideways, meaning it opens in the same direction as the side doors of the car. The handle for opening is located on the right side of the rear of the vehicle, above a part of the right rear light. It is identifiable as it is made of a different material and colour from the light itself. To open the door, simply pull the handle as you would with a normal door. The door opens from right to left. These features of the Ford Ecosport's door remain unchanged in the new 2018 version of Ford's B-SUV.
