In order to replace the timing belt of the Ford Mondeo, you need to lift the car so that you can loosen the screws that secure the right front wheel: this can then be removed from its housing by loosening the screws that attach it to the hub and the inner cover of the wheel arch can also be removed. By doing this, you will have access to the belt tensioner pulley, which must be loosened to reduce the tension of the belt itself; in this way, you can insert the new belt, bringing it back to tension and verifying that everything is functioning correctly.
