How to Replace the Key Battery on a Ford Fiesta

Replacing the battery (CR 2032, 3 V) in the remote key for the new Ford Fiesta model is very simple. Press the button that opens the metal key (commonly referred to as the blade), and inside the slot that holds the blade, you will see a small tab that secures the rear cover of the remote. Using a small screwdriver, pry this tab to remove the cover and access the battery compartment for replacement, ensuring to respect the polarity.
