How do you disassemble the engine of the Garelli VIP?

The disassembly of the Garelli VIP engine is carried out by first removing it from its housing, loosening all the bolts that fix it to the respective supports. Once the engine has been freed from the supports and connectors connected to it, it will be possible to remove the cylinder and detach the piston from the connecting rod, removing its respective ring. When the piston has been removed, it will be possible to also detach the pedals, removing the pins that fix the covers of the internal components of the engine: these can then be removed and replaced with new replacement parts.

Ktm Exc-F 500 headlight bulb replacement

We see in this guide the instructions necessary for disassembling and replacing the headlight bulb of the Ktm Exc-F 500 enduro motorcycle. First of all, let's disassemble the front light, unscrewing the screws, in order to access the rear part of the headlight. ; after which we disconnect the electrical connector of the light bulb, in order to remove it from the front light, as shown in the video. At this point we replace the low beam bulb with the new one, of the right type (in this case the H4 type); we make the connection of the light and reassemble the headlight!
