Once the entire engine block is disassembled, remove the cylinder using 4 bolts, two of which are visible; for the other two, open the two covers of the exhaust valve and unscrew with a 13/14 spanner. Slide off the cylinder to find the old piston. Remove the clips that secure the piston pins located on the side of the piston. Extract the pin. It is advisable to go to a machining centre to measure the cylinder and piston and determine which piston to purchase. The new piston will come with clips and a new pin. Reassemble in reverse order.
