The disassembly procedure of the GasGas EC 300 engine involves extracting the engine block from its housing after all the fixing bolts to the respective supports have been loosened. Then it will be necessary to disconnect all connectors and tubes in order to completely remove the block: before disassembling it, it will be necessary to disconnect the piston from its connecting rod, removing the corresponding fixing ring. At this point, it will be possible to loosen the additional screws that fix the two half-casings, so that they are separated giving access to the internal parts of the engine.
