Open the door in order to have access to the left end of the dashboard and remove the plastic panel present with your own hands or with the help of a screwdriver, being careful not to damage it. Once this is done you will finally have access to the fuses you were looking for and you can intervene on them (not before disconnecting the battery).

Refit everything, and repeat on the other side.
