How to Replace the Battery on a GMC Terrain

To replace the battery on this type of vehicle, follow the instructions in the video and the description below. First, open the hood and locate the battery on the left side of the compartment.

Next, remove the plastic cover above the module, then take out the module itself, and you will find the battery underneath. Disconnect the negative terminal first, then the positive terminal, and unscrew the nuts securing the upper plate.

Remove the battery and replace it with the new one, then reconnect the positive terminal first and the negative terminal last.
