How do you replace the engine oil of the Harley Davidson Softail?

In order to replace the motor oil of the Harley Davidson Softail, you need to loosen the drain plug located in the lower center part of the bike: once this is unscrewed, you can ensure that all the oil that is expelled can be collected in a properly positioned container. When all the oil has completely drained out, you can remove the filter located in the front left part of the bike: at this point, you can insert the necessary amount of motor oil through the vent located on the right side of the bike.

How do you change the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS?

The replacement of the engine oil of the BMW R 1200 GS is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once this plate has been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the drain plug below, so that the used oil can be collected inside a suitably positioned container. Next to the drain plug you will find the oil filter, which in turn must be extracted and replaced with a new one. After the replacement, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the crankcase to the left of the bike.
