The steps outlined in this guide will show us how to disassemble and replace the battery of the Honda CR-V key remote. First, we take our remote and start by removing the physical key from inside it; then we pry open the slot created to remove the back plastic cover of the remote, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove and replace the battery with a new one of the correct type (in this case a CR 2032 3V); insert it in the correct direction and reassemble the remote cover and finally the key!
