If you own a Honda CR V and are wondering what steps you need to take to replace the battery in the car's remote control, simply read the following guide carefully and apply what is described. First of all, remove the physical emergency key by pulling it upwards, then use it to easily open the remote control protective cover.

Once you have done this, locate the exhausted battery and replace it with a new one (CR2032 type). Finally, reassemble the remote control cover and insert the emergency key inside.
