How to install a 2DIN radio on a Honda FRV

Let's see how to install a 2DIN radio on a Honda FRV without having to disassemble everything. Insert a pry tool into the lower edge and gently lift upwards. The entire central panel comes off as a whole; do not disconnect the wiring, but leave everything hanging. We have a problem: the metal bracket obstructs the radio nuts. The solution is to cut a small section of metal with a saw and bend it slightly with pliers to access it. Use a wrench to loosen the nuts; pull the radio outwards, disconnect all the connectors. Now mount the metal bracket, install the 2DIN plastic fascia, and secure the cage of the new radio. Use compatible ISO adapters, connect all the connectors, insert the radio into the cage, and secure it with screws. Here are some original Honda parts: the 2DIN plastic fascia with code 77220-T5T-000ZA and the metal bracket 77211-T5T-000. These parts can be ordered by bringing the codes to a Honda dealer, specifying the model (FR-V), year, and trim level.
