Let's see how to replace the cabin air filter on a Honda Legend IV: it is located in the typical position of many Hondas of that era, behind the glove compartment, passenger side. Empty the glove compartment as you will need to remove it or at least lower it at the front to expose the compartment containing the filter. It is a rectangular drawer, positioned horizontally with release tabs on the sides. Open the cover and remove the old dirty filter. Clean the container of dirt, dust, and debris, then place the new filter in, ensuring the arrows point downwards. Close the flap, replace the glove compartment, and the job is done.
