This guide will show you how to disassemble and replace the battery of the Honda Accord key remote, following these simple steps. First, take your remote in hand and start by unscrewing the screw found on the back; then remove the plastic cover and separate the key from the remote, as shown in the video. At this point, extract the battery and replace it with a new one of the correct type (in this case, a CR 1616); insert it the right way round and then reassemble the remote by screwing the centre screw back in!
