In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the cover of the external wing mirror on a Honda Civic, a very simple and quick operation. First, disengage the mirror by levering along the separation gap from the mirror itself, then disconnect both connectors. At this point, locate the 4 slots on the black plate, insert a flat-blade screwdriver into them, and unlock the clips that hold the cover in place. Finally, you can remove the cover and fit any replacement by simply following the reverse procedure.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
