How to Change the Battery on the Honda HR-V

If you start experiencing issues during the starting phase of your vehicle caused by poor battery efficiency, you can proceed to replace it by following the instructions below. The first step is to open the bonnet, locate the battery on the right side of the compartment, and unscrew the support nuts of the mounting plate. Next, loosen the clamp on the negative terminal first, followed by the positive terminal, and then lift and remove the battery from the engine bay. Take the new battery and position it, then connect the positive terminal first and then the negative terminal, finally re-screwing the mounting plate nuts.
