How to Replace the Wishbone on a Honda Civic

If you need to replace the suspension wishbone, lift the vehicle on a ramp and remove the front wheel for better access. Then disconnect the stabiliser bar link from the wishbone and unscrew the nut securing the wishbone ball joint to the hub support, extracting it with the appropriate fork tool. Next, unscrew the fixing bolts of the two bushes of the wishbone from the subframe to complete the removal. Fit the new wishbone and proceed in reverse for installation.
