Resetting the Service Light on a Honda Civic

After performing a service on the Honda Civic, you need to reset the notification system that alerts you with a warning light on the dashboard. While seated in the driver's seat, press the start button twice to turn on the instrumentation. On the display in the centre of the dashboard, select 'Settings', then 'Vehicle', and in the subsequent menu, choose 'Maintenance Info'. Press the select button to choose the item to reset. In the next menu, select 'Oil and Filter', and on the following screen, select 'Reset' to complete the reset.
