The oil change of the Husqvarna FE 501 can be done by loosening the screws that secure the lower engine protection plate and then unscrewing the drain plug below it: once the plug is removed, all the old oil can be drained into a properly positioned container. In this way, the oil filter located at the bottom of the vehicle can also be removed: this will allow for the insertion of a new filter and topping up with fresh oil. The required amount of oil should be poured through the vent located on the right side.
