In this video we will see how to reset the radio of a Hyundai IX35: we start with a soft reset, for which you just need to turn off the radio for 30 seconds and then restart it, or disconnect only the negative terminal for a few minutes, in order to completely remove power from the radio. However, you will need to enter the security code upon restart. If it doesn't work, we will have to reset the device to factory settings, which will erase all personalized settings that will need to be set again later. We need to find the radio settings menu and from there access the factory reset function, which is available on all devices: here too the security code will be required. If there are other problems, it is advisable to contact the Hyundai Dealer.
